Doxa Energy Ltd and ProStar Geocorp Inc. jointly announce that further to their joint press release dated November 7, 2018, the Company, ProStar and Doxa Merger Corp. (“Doxa Subco”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, have entered into a definitive merger agreement dated May 21, 2019. The proposed transaction, pursuant to the Merger Agreement, will result in a reverse takeover of Doxa by ProStar in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
